Plastic parts of our products are manufactured by rotational moulding of LLDPE imported from SCG In Thailand
Main Colums
All the main columns are made of galvanized steel pipes with diameter of 114mm and wall thickness of 2..0mm. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001. 
Platforms
All the platforms are shaped by piercing 2.2mm-thick cold-roll steel sheet.The quality and technical standard are conforming to the European EN1176 standard.
Other Metal Parts
All the metal parts are made of galvanized steel pipes with diameter of 60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm and wall thickness of 2.2mm. Quality and technical standard meets the requirements of National standard GB/T3091-2001. 
Fittings
All the metal fittings are made of high strength aluminium alloy of one-time cast forming. After polishing processing, all the sharp corners are round and smooth. All the screws are made of stainless steel #314, which meets the standard of GB/T1221-1992.

1.Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes. We are a professional manufacturer specialized in playground equipment and related since 2002.

Q2. What is your payment term?

A:Our usual payment term is 30% as deposit, the balanced T/T before delivery. For the order more than $10,000, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight. For sample order, we accept the payment by PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram.

Q3. What is your delivery time?

The delivery time will depend on the quantity of your order and how many order we are under processing. Usually the delivery time is about 7 days.  If you need some samples, we can finish it in 3-5 days if you are urgent.

Q4. Can you send the products to my place?

A:Sure, we can help you arrange the delivery to your country. But usually we will arrange the delivery to the customers’ nearest port in their country and the customers arrange the delivery from the port to their place.

Q5.Can I install the products myself?

A: Yes. We will provide you the detailed installation instruction. All of our customers can put up the playground themselves with the help from us. But for large indoor playground more than 200 square meter, it’s better to ask our worker to help you install it. Maybe the cost will be a bit higher but it will shorten the time greatly.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
